Tips to enhance your wellbeing

  • Boost your activity levels in general - aim for at least 20mins of “aerobic” exercise daily
  • Establish a bed time routine and sleep well for at least 7-8 hours daily
  • Create a strict routine for your biological clock - in so far as possible, wake, eat, sleep at the same time every day 
  • Prioritise a good work-life balance - nothing is more important than your physical and mental health
  • Eat brain foods high in Tryptophan and a healthy balanced diet rich in raw greens, fatty fish. Juicing green vegetables + one fruit a day is highly recommended
  • Ensure you are not intolerant to any foods you regularly consume
  • Stay hydrated - drink at least 2L of water a day 
  • Consider B6 & B12 supplements. Confirm with your doctor that they are not counter indicative to anything you are currently taking
  • Reduce your toxic intake in the form of caffeine, nicotine, drugs, alcohol, refined sugars, artificial sweeteners, preservatives and processed foods
  • Get natural sunlight each day and spend time in nature
  • Get creative – use your hands and colour 
  • Surround yourself with people who make you feel loved and if possible engage in physical contact. If people are not an option, get a pet
  • Listen to music – make your happy play-list and listen to it regularly, if not every day
  • Pamper your body – oils, baths, treatments, massages
  • Practice regular meditation, mindfulness, Quantum K or binaural beats
