Individual Mindfulness Training
Mindfulness coaching in one-on-one sessions can be extremely useful for those who would like to incorporate mindfulness and meditation into their lifestyle, particularly those who have attempted to do so in the past but have struggled to practice or maintain this effectively. . Usually 2-6 sessions are required, during which you will learn different meditation techniques that suit your disposition and goal for meditating, for example focus and concentration, or managing stress and anxiety, techniques in habit formation taken from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. The multi-dimensional approach usually means that clients find a meditation practice that works for them and is easy to keep up with and integrate as a daily practice.
