Laughter Yoga (weekly)Scientific and medical evidence suggests that laughter is a natural medicine that relieves stress, has a revitalizing & energizing effect and creates & improves well-being! During the classes participants are guided through a series of mime actions that requires involvement in eye contact, playfulness, clapping and a willingness to get involved. Towards the end of the session participants are invited to take part in a meditation, which enables those involved to calm down before the end of the class.
