jaimeline farrugia junior ASSOCIATE – family therapist/systemic psychotherapist
Jaimeline obtained a Masters in Family Therapy and Systemic Practice from the University of Malta. Her career started whilst reading for her Bachelors in Psychology Honors Degree from the same University. She has worked at Richmond Foundation for the past three years, offering support to individuals and families with mental health problems within their residences. This equipped Jaimeline with first-hand experience of what it is like to live with people suffering with mental health conditions, and all the other socio-economic confounding factors associated with poor health.
Jaimeline also worked in Leadership and Recruitment where she met many people from different backgrounds, looking to better their career. She also has experience within the public sector, offering psychotherapy to highly stressed clients, working with trauma, addiction, mental health problems, and domestic violence, amongst other difficulties. Jaimeline's mantra is to prioritize the needs of the individual/s in the therapy room; from being supported to safely challenged in order to enhance self-growth.
