Fitness & Stretching (weekly)
Exercise in any form can be of great benefit to the body. It keeps you fit and healthy and makes you feel good about yourself. Although stretching is one of the main components of fitness, it is also one of the most neglected. Our classes are designed to move and stretch the entire body whilst giving the core a really good workout. Classes are stimulating, light-hearted and choreographed in such a way that all levels of fitness can attend and enjoy.
