At Polaris, your health and wellbeing are our top priority, so please observe the following procedures designed to ensure your safe transition to the Factory:
We apologise in advance that we cannot extend our previous warm and hospitable curtesy, refreshments or the facility to wait inside. We hope to be able to resume this care as soon as possible because you deserve nothing less.

- Ideally sessions which can be held online, are held online, through our professional platforms.
- If attending in person (for valid reasons), clients are to wait outside and fill in their contact tracing details, at which point they sanitize their hands, wear a mask, and have their temperature checked. If the temperature taken is too high (37.2 or higher), the client will be asked to reschedule the appointment.
- Once inside the premises every individual is to keep a 2 metre distance from each other, and only use designated areas of the premises as indicated.
- The client cannot be accompanied by anyone else when entering the premises. Adults accompanying minors are expected to remain close to the premises so as to remain available should the need to contact them arise.
- Clients are to pay via Revolut ideally, but cash payments are accepted provided necessary sanitisation is conducted.
- Follow-up appointments will be scheduled via email, or directly with your wellbeing professional.
- If you have experienced any of the following symptoms up to 14 days prior to this appointment, kindly call 111, follow the advice given over this helpline and reschedule this appointment - fever, cough, shortness of breath, vomiting, diarrhoea, muscle pains, headache, sore throat, runny nose, tiredness, loss of taste or smell.
- If you have been in touch with a covid-positive person, we ask that you inform us accordingly and reschedule your session.
