Cancellation Policy
We require a 24 hour notice period for rescheduling and cancellations. Should these 24 hrs lapse, these are made against an admin fee of ten euro which is transferred via Revolut before a new appointment is given. Any appointments rescheduled before the 24 hour period will be done so free of charge. Any last minute, same-day cancellations or no-shows can be charged at the professional’s full fee. This will also be paid via Revolut before a new appointment is scheduled.
Please also understand that while we will do our very best to ensure you can have another appointment within ten days, sometimes this is not possible due to our work currently being in high demand. Please also note that due to other appointments, it is not possible for sessions to run overtime. It is therefore very important that you are punctual for your appointments. As you are aware, traffic and parking are not on our side in this country; our area is no exception, so please do think ahead to avoid further stress.
